Warren, RI

  • ·       1st Shift: 6AM to 2PM

This position is responsible for the safe and quality movement of products, including receiving, storing and distributing goods to the manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Key Job Responsibilities of the Warehouse/Shipping and Receiving

  • Shipping and Receiving Experience
  • Stand Up Reach Forklift / High Reach Preferred but will train material handlers on lifts too
  • Knowledge of inventory control / stock replenishment
  • Shipment auditing
  • Pull and organize branch and customer orders for delivery from warehouse by part number and quantity as directed by picking ticket in priority assigned.
  • Manually, load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms or lifting devices.
  • Stock and maintain inventory items as needed.
  • Weigh materials or products and record weight as needed.
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety.

Job Qualifications of the Shipping & Receiving

  • MUST have 2+ years of Shipping/Receiving/Loading/Unloading Exp

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.1st

Pay: $19. 2nd

Pay: $21. 3rd

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday with some Saturday’s
  • Night shift
