Job DescriptionJob Description

The Construction Foreman is a hands-on working foreman in charge of execution and directing a crew of 4 to 6 people. A successful candidate for this position should have well rounded system experience with the following areas:

  • Blue Print reading and project planning
  • Drawing reading and project planning
  • Material planning and requisition
  • MUST be able to pass International Code Council Underground Storage Tank Exam Certification
  • Awareness of California Electric Code approved wiring methods
  • General awareness of multiple trades: Electrical, Plumbing, Grading and Concrete

Qualifications:

  • Heavy Equipment experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel and work out of town as needed
  • Capable and honest to keep a crew motivated and efficient
  • Strong technical inclination and problem-solving skills
  • Time management, planning, and work prioritization skills
  • Results Oriented
  • Physically fit and able to work from ladders and man lifts
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug testing
