Customer Representative for boilers, pumps, and HVAC equipment parts.

Process Engineering & Equipment Company represents the industries top manufacturers of high-quality fluid handling, filtration, and heat transfer products and we are actively looking for motivated individuals to put their skills to use assisting others and be able to be timely and punctual. We are the premier supplier of mechanical equipment in West Michigan, with a longstanding reputation of professionalism, technical competence, and stability. We are experiencing growth in every area of our business, and are looking to solidify our sales team with the addition of this position.

HVAC KNOWLEDGE OR BACKGROUND REQUIRED.

Duties will include:

-Support outside sales team in their efforts, including equipment selection, pricing, technical support, and project management of complex HVAC systems

-Reviewing Bid/Spec projects posted online

-Perform take-offs, pricing, and submittals for chillers, air handlers, cooling towers boilers, and other misc. products

-Must have knowledge of air handlers, chillers, and other equipment

-Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

-Must have great phone presence, be responsive, have a cheery personality and be a team player.

On the job training is included while you transition to full support in a variety of fields.

Growth opportunities into outside sales.

Representative is expected to be on site from 7:30AM to 4:30PM.
