Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking to hire a Roofing Sales Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue. This is an ideal role for experienced roofing sales professionals to show case their true capabilities, and climb towards the next step in their career. A-Men Roofing Group is a state-wide company, serving customers in Houston, Austin, Dallas and San Antonio.

NOTE: This role is currently open to professionals in HOUSTON and surrounding areas. Future options to transfer between cities and expanding to additional markets will be coming soon

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate sales team activities.
  • Attend virtual and in person meetings for growth targets, revenue reports etc.
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team.
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
  • Report on team and individual performance.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
  • Recruit reputable, high performing individuals in the roofing sales profession.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in roofing sales, roofing, or relative field required.
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager, with responsibilities in recruiting.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, or the ability to implement the use of such systems.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, and caring for transactions 'Cradle to Grave'.
  • Must be knowledgeable in the sales process for roofing transactions. I.e. Insurance processes, supplementing, quoting, invoicing etc. for a minimum of 3+ years.

Compensation:

  • Enhanced 10/50/50 pay scale relative to other sales roles.
  • Sales manager is able to hire up to 5 strong sales representatives under a profit-share of 10% (after 10% expense reimbursement from net profits on sales) of each sale performed by reps.
  • Growth based year-end bonus opportunities after the first year of service.
