Store Manager - Quick-Service Restaurant

Location: Hollywood, FL

Join our dynamic team as a Store Manager for a popular quick-service restaurant brand Located right on the beach, our busy store offers a fantastic environment and a great view every day.

Objectives:

  • Lead and manage all retail operations, including maintenance, marketing, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with franchise systems and provide hands-on training to staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Master our menu and meet customer needs with exceptional service.
  • Manage register procedures and maintain a well-stocked store.
  • Supervise a team of 15 to 50 employees, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Implement local marketing initiatives and promote the store.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Accurately report on financial performance monthly.
  • Ensure safe operation and maintenance of all equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail or food service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic financial principles.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
