Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with expertise in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop while delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair or replace faulty parts, components, or systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on each vehicle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Repair Technician with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Certification from an accredited automotive technology program or equivalent experience preferred.
Monday-Friday schedule with a possibility of an occasional Saturday depending on workload. We are a very laid back environment but when it comes to our customers we strive for nothing less than 100% satisfaction. Compensation:
$20 to $50/hr.
Bonus:
Additional bonus based on performance

90 day training and evaluation period.
