We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Enterprise Holdings. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing car and bus service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleet service, and vehicle reconditioning service according to company policy and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Ensure that all warranty and mechanical repairs are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.
- Vehicle Inspection and Servicing: Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
- In-Fleet Servicing: Perform in-fleet servicing on new cars according to required procedures.
- Buy Back/Turn Back Servicing: Perform buy back/turn back servicing according to required procedures.
- Professional Appearance and Safety: Exhibit a professional appearance and comply with all uniform requirements, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
Requirements
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience and Education: Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles required. High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred. Degree in Automotive Technology, Completion of Automotive Technical College or Technical vocational training preferred.
- Certifications and Licenses: Four ASE Certifications in approved area of expertise OR equivalent OEM certifications (must complete training with achievement of four approved ASEs within the first six months of employment with Enterprise Mobility). Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
- Background and Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
