Reputable Consumer Bankruptcy law firm currently looking for an outstanding CONSUMER BANKRUPTCY PARALEGAL.

Duties include client interaction in person and over the phone, drafting legal documents, managing cases, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting attorneys in preparation for court hearings.

Currently, we are looking to fill a CONSUMER BANKRUPTCY PARLEGAL position in our Nashville, TN location.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·         Quick learner, detail oriented, and computer savvy

·         Very personable - good people person

·         Great organizational and time management skills

·         Well balanced, optimistic and self motivated

·         Reliable, honest and a team player

·         Highly professional  person with a strong work ethic

·         Outstanding communication skills

·         Spanish speaking a PLUS.

·         Bankruptcy experience preferred, but we will train the right person
