Job Summary: Looking for a calm, stable The Executive Project Manager / Assistant to the President will play a crucial role in supporting the company president by overseeing and managing strategic projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion.

This role requires a blend of project management expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to assist the president with day-to-day operations and special initiatives.

The Executive Project Manager will act as a key liaison between the president and various departments, driving efficiency, productivity, and alignment with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management: 
    Manage high-priority projects as directed by the company president, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope.
     
  2. Strategic Support: 
    Assist the president in day-to-day business
    Conducting research and provide insights to support decision-making processes. 
    Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation.
     
  3. Operational Support: 
    Manage the president’s workflow by prioritizing tasks and projects.
    Facilitate communication between the president and various stakeholders.
    Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  4. Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stake holders.
    Represent the president in meetings and events as needed.
    Act as a point of contact and gate keeper.

  5. Continuous Improvement:

    Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
    Stay updated with industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or five years prior experience in Business Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with successful outcomes in a similar field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all interactions, ensuring a peaceful and focused office atmosphere.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position based in Lake Forest, CA.  Quiet and casual office environment near the 241 toll roads.  Candidate must live in or be planning to relocate to Southern Orange County.
  • Some out of office travel may be required.
