Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary legal strategy sessions with clients to understand their objectives and formulate effective legal strategies.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure alignment with client goals and firm objectives.
- Provide clear and candid advice to clients at key decision points, empowering them with information.
- Oversee and analyze discovery and legal pleadings, offering constructive feedback to enhance work product quality.
- Engage in professional communication and collaboration with fellow attorneys.
- Prepare for and present cases in court effectively.
- Maintain detailed memos and correspondence to keep the team and clients informed of case progress.
Administrative/Team/Financial Tasks:
- Foster a collaborative team culture by actively participating in team trainings and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate billable time entries with the billing clerk and monitor Key Performance Indicators to ensure targets are met.
Duties:
- Develop and refine firm systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze statistical information to identify opportunities for service improvement.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an Associate Attorney (litigation experience).
- Minimum 3 years in family law.
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of legal strategies.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in legal practice.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.
- Resilient problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Solid customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in legal research techniques, databases, and office software.
- Law degree from an accredited institution.
The listed salary range of up to $120,000 is based on a full-time commitment and will be prorated according to the number of hours you choose to work. This salary is also dependent on your level of experience, ensuring flexibility in both part-time and full-time arrangements to suit your lifestyle needs.
