We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our real estate office as an Office Administrator and Social Media Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks efficiently while also spearheading our social media marketing efforts to enhance our online presence and attract potential clients.
Responsibilities:
  1. Office Administration:
    • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, maintaining office cleanliness
    • Greet clients and visitors and ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure the office is well-organized and presentable.
    • Data entry
    • Be familiar with Word, excel, Canva etc.
  2. Social Media Marketing:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the real estate office's services and listings.
    • Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok.
    • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and feedback, and respond promptly and professionally.
    • Use social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
  3. Content Creation:
    • Produce high-quality written and visual content, including posts, articles, images, and videos, to showcase properties and attract potential buyers and sellers.
    • Collaborate with real estate agents and photographers to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Edit and proofread content to maintain consistency and professionalism across all platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Pay is determined by experience
  • Proven experience in office administration, preferably in a real estate or similar industry.
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms and tools, with demonstrated experience in social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is desirable but not required.
