Job Overview: The Pick & Pack Manager will oversee scaling our order fulfillment from 100 to over 1,000 orders per day. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in warehouse software systems, especially Extensiv WMS (Formerly 3PL Central) and TechShip, who can evaluate and improve existing processes. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally reliable, consistently demonstrating a commitment to work and taking pride in delivering high-quality results. You will manage daily operations, implement new procedures, assess their effectiveness, and make iterative improvements to ensure maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of current pick and pack operations.

  • Implement new processes and systems to increase order throughput and accuracy, aiming for a minimum of 99.8% accuracy.

  • Train and develop a team to be self-sufficient and capable of meeting daily and strategic goals.

  • Oversee customer interactions, ensuring proactive communication regarding orders and operational issues. Exhibit exceptional communication skills, maintaining transparency and raising concerns promptly whenever anything seems amiss.

  • Manage and integrate various technology platforms, including Extensiv WMS and TechShip, to streamline operations.

  • Analyze operational data to assess process effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure accurate cost capture and allocation for all revenue-generating activities and associated materials and labor costs.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.

  • Follow through on projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are fully executed and standardized.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a warehouse operation and implementing process improvements.

  • Expertise in using WMS, preferably Extensiv, and shipping software, preferably TechShip, with a solid understanding of direct-to-consumer logistics.

  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

  • Unwavering reliability, with a strong sense of responsibility and pride in work.

  • Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities, with a knack for clear and frequent communication.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of optimizing operations within a constrained space.

  • Data analysis skills, with a track record of using insights to improve business operations.

  • Commitment to working hands-on with the team to achieve operational goals.

  • Entrepreneurial drive and vision to grow the operation significantly, demonstrating a capacity for follow-through on long-term projects.

  • Candidates must provide 3 references.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Over time is very limited)

Location: Warehouse Republic facilities
