This thriving plastic and reconstructive surgery practice is in beautiful Bellevue, Washington and is looking for a versatile, energetic, and committed employee to help elevate the practice to its next level. The growing volume and dynamic development of clinical and business operations demands an engaged individual with a wide variety of skillsets, including someone with a self-starter mentality, appreciation for the needs of aesthetic clients, and who thrives on completion of an array of administrative tasks while maintaining safe and efficient clinical workflows for the practice’s medical clients. This position would include a basic level of clinical skills, so some healthcare experience is preferred, but on-the-job training is provided, so any motivated and intelligent individual could learn the required responsibilities. Business aspects, such as: online brand development, networking, lead and review recruitment, digital platform management, and coordination of meeting schedules with the surgeon’s clinical calendar is involved. Marketing insights and social media savviness is also preferred but not a prerequisite. The position will feature five approximately eight-hour days each week physically present in a clinical office coordinating patient care. There is additional opportunity for freedom and flexibility to complete projects and engage in ongoing practice coordination remotely between in-person work assignments for additional compensation. The right candidate would become an integral part of a growing sub-specialty surgical practice contributing creativity, ingenuity, ideas, and talents to elevate a growing and exciting surgical business.
Specifics: The ideal candidate would possess the following characteristics:
· Healthcare, medical spa, or beauty industry familiarity and/or work experience
· Proficiency using various digital clinical and business management programs and platforms, such as:
- Electronic medical records systems
- Mac-based calendar, scheduling, and automated reminder applications
- Review management software platforms
- Social media platforms
· Willingness to proactively produce work independently and autonomously for review and editing, as needed
· Appreciation for the expectations of patients and other potential clients for a highly satisfying experience
· Ability to manage sometimes demanding and high expectation clients
· Appreciation for patient experience and its importance to patient satisfaction and the growth of a surgical practice
· Creative energy and strategic business intuition
· Have an eye for detail and aesthetic beauty
· Appreciate the importance of subtle brand consistency, business reputation, and competitive market dynamics
· Be capable of creating beautiful and engaging digital content in text, photo, audio, and video form
· Willingness to maintain the highest standards of patient, client, and business practice confidentiality
· Ability to work a sometimes-flexible schedule both in and out of the physical office location
· Sense of importance for the critical need for safety, appropriate escalation of communication, and follow-up
