Office Assistant Entry Level

We are seeking an Office Assistant Entry Level to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in on office a benefit but not a deal breaker
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Benefits:
- All national holidays off with pay
- 5 days personal time off with pay (after 6 months)
- 1 week paid vacation after first year
- 1 hour lunch and 2 - 15 minute breaks
