Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAt Team Bomb Squad Marketing Group (TBS),we are seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our teamYou will perform clerical and administrative functions as well as inventory management in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Maintains strict confidentiality
  • Track incoming/outgoing shipments
  • Provide inventory control reports as required
  • Maintain count accuracy(digital and physical counting)
  • Dispose of obsolete inventory as directed
  • Inspect returned inventory
  • Update database with incoming/outgoing shipments
  • Daily consignment of inventory to agents
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications: 
  • 1-2 yrs previous experience in inventory management or other related fields preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new skills
  • Ability to work alone and with a team
  • Problem-solving skills

Environment: Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with public contact and frequent interruptions.

Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight 50lbs; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of computer keyboard and barcode scanner; occasionally travel to other locations using private transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.

Schedule: 
  • Monday through Friday (20-25 hrs. a week)
  • Saturdays may occasionally be a working day depending on work load
  • Full Time/Increased hours are a possibility
