The primary focus of this role is to apply high quality diagnostic and repair skills on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair systems in an efficient manner
  • Perform equipment replacements when necessary
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Monitor work order queue to assure work is completed on a timely basis
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience and skill in diagnosing refrigerant cycles, airflow, compressors, motors and controls
  • High level of knowledge of refrigerant types and their application
  • Skilled in reading HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
