Social Media Coordinator

Social Media Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a results-oriented social media strategy tailored to our brand.
- Create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Oversee the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content to ensure high quality and relevance.
- Actively participate in events to produce live social media content that resonates with our audience.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with the management team to establish and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into our social media strategy.
- Engage with users by promptly responding to messages, inquiries, and comments across all platforms.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key metrics, generating actionable reports to guide decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our social media marketing strategy to enhance our online presence and drive growth.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with Social Media Management, preferably in a business context
- Strong content creation skills, including writing, photography, and videography
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and understanding of market trends
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns
- Excellent organizational skills, including the capability to maintain a constant calendar of posts set minimum two weeks out, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
- Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and using data to optimize strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on new responsibilities
- Passion for real estate and enthusiasm for promoting properties through social media
- Portfolio or examples showcasing previous social media work and creativity
