Position Summary: As an Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge technologies and systems to streamline our operations and enhance project management. This role is designed for an individual who is passionate about leveraging tech innovations to foster operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic direction for project management, incorporating technological solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of program managers and project managers, ensuring collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring programs are executed efficiently, within budget, and on time.
- Budget Management: Oversee program budgets, conduct forecasting, and perform financial analysis to optimize resource allocation.
- Compliance and Performance Measurement: Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance regulations and define key performance indicators to assess program success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s in Public Health or related discipline preferred.
- PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, with a significant focus on healthcare and population health initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and other project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and portfolios, with a proven track record of successful grant writing and securing funding.
- Tech-savvy with a flair for adopting and implementing innovative solutions.
Position Details:
- Full-time, remote position with occasional in-person meetings.
- Travel up to 50% may be required.
