CornerStone TTS is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Systems Manager to join our team in Holly Springs, NC. This hybrid role involves up to 60% onsite support, focusing on the deployment and management of Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS/Reagent Manager/Smart Lab). The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background in Laboratory IS/IT, at least 10 years of functional experience, and the capability to lead Laboratory IS/IT projects. Experience in managing Laboratory IS/IT change controls within an eQMS is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide validation and change management support for Laboratory systems deployment.
- Manage system administration activities for Laboratory systems.
- Offer technical guidance on Laboratory IS/IT requirements.
- Provide incident management support as needed.
- Support Laboratory application performance monitoring and address label printing issues.
- Identify technical/operational gaps and propose effective solutions.
Documentation Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, edit, and format materials such as Standard Operating Procedures, Business Practices, forms, checklists, technical manuals, installation guides, user manuals, and related technical and business process documentation.
- Adhere to format, content, and style guidelines while creating, updating, and enhancing documentation, ensuring usability, accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Administer the processing of documents via the established Document Processing Review process.
- Communicate through various media (e.g., CD, intranet, online training).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of Clinical experience
- The candidate must have a strong technical Laboratory IS/IT knowledge required to support deployment and support of Laboratory systems (LIMS/Reagent Manager/Smart Lab).
- The candidate must have at least 10 years of functional experience and capable of leading Laboratory IS/IT projects.
- The candidate must have experience with the managing Laboratory IS/IT change controls within an eQMS.
