Our Client is seeking a Senior Commercial Construction Estimator for its Atlanta, GA facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of construction experience estimating Stucco/Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems (EIFS). Resource must also be proficient in On Center Software (On Screen Take Off & Quick Bid), Plan Swift, MS Office Products, blueprint reading and Building Connected with a solid understanding of estimating principles.
This role will be responsible for identifying, bidding on, and the full cycle estimating various projects (i.e. planning initial take offs, data entry, blueprint development/reading, establishing contracts, etc.), while keeping the team informed throughout the process. Client offers a competitive benefits package.
