Job Summary:
The Operations Manager (Integrator) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role is a key leadership position, serving as the bridge between strategy and execution, and working closely with the leadership team to translate vision into actionable plans. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with a passion for operational excellence and a commitment to our mission of educating kids and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Leadership: Manage and optimize daily operations, including product development, marketing and customer service to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity and quality.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals.
• Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of operations, and report regularly to the leadership team on progress and areas for improvement.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring that all expenditures are necessary, within budget, and aligned with company goals.
• Marketing: Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure optimization of the marketing process, campaigns, budgeting, KPI’s, compliance and quality control.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a startup or fast-growing company.
• Proven experience in scaling operations, managing budgets, and improving processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail
• EOS level 10, preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for education and a commitment to the mission of empowering kids and families.
