Now hiring a Production Support/line lead worker for a manufacturing company in Rockford.

3rd shift 10p - 6a Monday - Friday

Must train for 4-6 weeks on 1st shift 6a-4p Monday - Thursday and Friday 6a-2p OT

$16.89 to $18.08 per hour

Resume required.

Weekly pay.


The Production Support/line lead worker is responsible for the operation of all equipment and machinery within the production lines. They will help to cover employee breaks, vacations, and other missing shifts.


Job Duties:

  • Must have knowledge of all machine operations and job functions on lines.
  • Must be able to read production schedule and BOM and pull-out pertinent information.
  • Identify and verify that correct ingredients and materials are being used.
  • Operate a forklift and RF scanner to effectively fill in for all positions as needed.
  • Cook with ingredients for various recipes, including vinegar, tapioca, and jalapeno pumps.
  • Train employees on correct operations of machines.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and provide basic maintenance as needed.
  • Any other task requested by a supervisor.


Requirements:

  • Must have Forklift Certification.
  • Basic mechanic skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to perform basic math, writing, and reading.
