We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, execution and completion of IT and VOIP projects. You must be a multi-tasker who has excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, and can effectively manage a team to finish their work efficiently and within deadlines. At the start of each project, you will collaborate with other department heads to discuss the scope and budget. Then you will monitor each phase, ensuring the staff works efficiently and that the final product meets our client’s expectations.

 

Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Determine project roles, responsibilities, and deadlines for each team member.
  • Make sure that the project is being completed effectively on time and on budget.
  • Communicating timelines with clients and adjusting where needed.
  • Coordinate changes and be willing to adapt if necessary.
  • Keep teams committed, motivated, and productive throughout the project.
  • Create reports for upper management that the project has achieved its objectives.

Project Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in project management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to travel.
  • Flexible schedule
  • IT technical knowledge
  • ConnectWise experience preferred

Communications skills and requirements:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address and resolve project challenges and obstacles.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
