About the Role

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Lead/Project Manager to join our Content Platforms Global Program Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting Agile ceremonies, coaching Scrum teams on Agile best practices, and enabling the delivery of high-value product increments to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint plannings, backlog refinements, retrospectives, and demos to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Team Support: Provide support using a servant-leadership style, facilitate discussions and decision-making in meetings, and resolve team impediments at multiple levels of an organization.
  • Agile Coaching: Coach teams in their journey to Agile, support their self-organization, and Agile methodology knowledge growth.
  • Project Management: Use tools and techniques to support the team in shipping high-quality software increments, maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on program progress and quality, and communicate delivery times and scope to other software engineering teams.
  • Issue Management: Identify and manage issues and risks, drive decision-making, and communicate team and project status and schedule updates.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical program management and software application development.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Lead for cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Experience as a Technical Project Manager a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Jira/Confluence supporting Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with the software development life cycle.
  • Desire to learn and take on additional responsibilities as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical knowledge of architecture and development practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of tools including Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence), Airtable, and/or Smartsheet.
  • Established experience with digital supply chain systems that support content operation functions (e.g., title origination, title management, metadata management).
