  • Monitor and ensure compliance and funding requirements
  • Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis of financial statements
  • Oversee insurance policies & renewals
  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of required staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or human resources field 
  • 3-5 years of experience in non-profit operations, administration and finance
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar programs
