As a Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting qualified candidates in securing gainful employment, while supporting our clients in meeting their business needs. This role will be posting jobs, managing candidate pipelines, tracking progress and metrics related to individual activity, and communicating needs and updates, with a sense of urgency and ongoing professionalism.

Pay and Hours of Staffing Specialist:

  • 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday (weekends as needed)
  • $45k

Job Summary:

* In office position in Troy, Michigan.

* Recruiting/Staffing experience required.

* Ability to engage with candidates, and inspire them to complete the next steps in the hiring process.

* Strong ownership skills and great sense of urgency in a fast paced, and outcomes focused environment.

* Strong organizational skills are required to manage calls campaigns, job postings, texts, email campaigns, accept inbound and make outbound calls and respond to voicemails.

* Great phone etiquette needed for this role.

* Role is calling candidates that apply to our job postings and inviting them to new hire orientation in the respective state the job resides in and local to the candidate.

* Must be willing to support daily expectations and hit the number of scheduled orientations, reschedules, check in with Onsite members of team on status of candidates, daily call volumes etc.

* Good computer skills are required as you will be using the phone system, our Applicant

Tracking System, Sense (text engagement), and other tools.

* Long term career focused individuals are welcomed in this role.

* Bilingual in Spanish/English (not required)

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to sit, and work on computers, phone, headset, and office environment for 8 hours per day.

Full training is provided to set up all Staffing Specialists up for success as well as ongoing coaching and mentoring.
