This is a part-time role for bartenders / mixologists involved in the bar & restaurant scene who are looking to make some extra cash promoting a fast-growing tequila company.
You can expect to make an additional $1,500-$4,000 / month depending on your performance.
Pay:
$150 bonus every 50 cases sold on the year.
Base of $500 / month
On-Premise commissions
- $25 – 3 or more bottles per order
- $50 – 2 cases or more per order
- $50 for any monthly drink feature using our brand to include table tents, menu insert, social post, or another way to advertise the special
- $100 for any permanent menu placement – photo required
- $25 for any additional cocktail on that menu
Off-Premise commissions
- $25 on case one
- $50 – 2 cases or more per order
- $100 – 5 cases or more per order
Top 3 performing ambassadors for the month receive a bonus.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent and promote El Bandido Tequila while earning competitive compensation and incentives.
Job Description:
As a Bartender/Mixologist Ambassador for El Bandido Tequila, you will be the face of our brand in the nightlife, bar, restaurant, and hospitality scene. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting El Bandido Tequila through expert knowledge, creating signature cocktails, and driving sales in local bars, restaurants, and events.

- Play a crucial role in promoting and endorsing a high-quality tequila brand, ensuring its presence in top accounts and venues.
Responsibilities:
- Promote El Bandido Tequila to customers, colleagues, and industry peers as a premium and authentic spirit.
- Develop and execute creative cocktail recipes featuring El Bandido Tequila to showcase its versatility and flavor profile.
- Host and participate in tasting events, staff trainings, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in bars, restaurants, and venues to secure menu placements and back-bar displays.
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the spirit of El Bandido Tequila and advocating for its unique qualities and craftsmanship.
- Provide feedback and insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to the El Bandido Tequila team.
Duties:
- Create a list of 50-100 target accounts
- Visit those accounts, build relationships, and endorse El Bandido Yankee Tequila
- Build relationships with accounts to sell El Bandido Tequila
- Enter information into VIP Karma CRM for tracking
- Track and report on sales activities and achievements
- Conduct staff training sessions to educate bar and restaurant staff about our tequila
- Ensure our tequila is prominently featured on menus and back bars
- Work with the distributor to ensure fulfillment of orders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in high-volume establishments in the area.
- In-depth knowledge of spirits, particularly tequila, and a passion for mixology.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and educate others about El Bandido Tequila.
- Demonstrated sales ability and a track record of achieving targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and attend occasional promotional events.
