Position Summary
We are in search of a skilled Mixologist to enhance our vibrant atmosphere at La Tapatia - Mexican Street Food. In this position, you will be tasked with taking drink orders, suggesting beverage options, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar space, and crafting a range of classic and innovative cocktails. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and have a strong passion for the art of mixology.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process drink orders efficiently
  • Ensure patrons meet legal drinking age requirements and adhere to all applicable laws regarding alcohol service
  • Handle payments and manage the cash register
  • Order, manage, and replenish bar supplies and ingredients
  • Perform opening and closing tasks for the bar, including thorough cleaning
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is essential
  • Certification in mixology or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with alcoholic beverages and bar menu offerings
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic drinks
