Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a hard-working and motivated Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic team. As a Litigation Lawyer specializing in Personal Injury and Workers Compensation law, you will have the opportunity to represent clients from the inception of their cases through to resolution. This role requires a dedication to client advocacy, courtroom appearances, and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes through litigation techniques, trial strategy, and settlement negotiations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Engage in client communication and maintain regular contact throughout the duration of their cases.

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents necessary for litigation.

Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and arbitrations.

Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients with opposing parties and insurance companies.

Collaborate with internal teams, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure efficient case management.

Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in the field of Personal Injury and Workers Compensation law.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the legal process.

 

Qualifications:

 

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

Prior experience in Personal Injury and/or Workers Compensation law is preferred but not required.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
