Litigation Attorney

This is a valuable opportunity to be involved in all aspects of Litigation, including pleadings, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve favorable outcomes
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload and work independently
- 3 – 5 Plus years of Litigation experience
- Ideal candidate would have solid experience in commercial litigation including contract disputes, real estate and commercial foreclosure, employment, and general business litigation
- Experience in written and oral advocacy, brief writing, research, and court appearances
- Experience answering discovery, trial, and mediation preparation
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage a large volume of concurrent priorities
- J.D., licensed to practice in Illinois
