Join our team as a Loan Processor, where you'll be ensuring a smooth process for our clients. As a key link between borrowers, underwriters, and loan originators, your role is critical in maintaining efficient communication.

Your daily tasks involve working closely with underwriters to gather and review necessary documentation promptly, adhering to established timeframes. You'll be responsible for maintaining the completeness and compliance of customer files according to regulatory requirements and internal policies, prioritizing privacy and file security.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll assist with marketing and sales calls, contributing to our client-focused approach. The role also involves working towards obtaining NMLS, adding a valuable credential to your skill set.

As part of our team, expect a mix of routine tasks and the occasional challenge. Management may assign additional duties, providing you with opportunities to showcase your adaptability and contribute to the team's success.

From the humble beginnings where Kane handled all of the various aspects of loan origination to loan closing himself, KMI has grown to a staff of nine. The KMI staff includes the Owner, four Mortgage Originators, two Processors, a Human Resource Manager and a Client Relations Specialist. In September 2012, the offices of KMI moved to their current location at 4755 Linglestown Rd.

In December 2012, Kane Mortgage Inc. obtained a license to function as a Mortgage Lender. KMI now has the highest mortgage origination license that is given by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to any type of financial institute.
