  • Salary range is $150K - $190K (depends on education and experience) + bonus (no cap)
Summary:
  • Strategically manage, direct, and oversee 12 facilities with 10 direct reports encompassing asset care, TPM Maintenance, risk management and reliability  
  • Develop and monitor multi-year improvement plan, by site, based on formal assessments of current state, prioritized by divisional strategic priorities.
  • Ensure deployment of the Asset Care Strategy to all sites in the network, paying attention to maturity and needs at each site. Ensure approach across all plant locations for Asset Care & Reliability through standardized assessments and program development plans based on progressing and maturing through each phase.
Responsibilities
  • Coach the Asset Care and Reliability teams, and site Maintenance teams to drive towards a standardized, and continually improving total preventative maintenance (TPM) culture at each site.
  • Oversee the network reliability maintenance systems for operations and assets by creating and deploying SOPs, metrics and KPIs.
  • Oversee the review of critical asset performance to mitigate risk and improve performance standards, operating effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Oversee consolidated plant maintenance reviews, division collaboration meetings, and KPI performance opportunities.
  • Manage multiple plant reliability improvement activities across the division.
Requirements:
  • BS Degree is required; ideally in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering. MBA, Masters, Lean /Six-sigma or related education / certifications is preferred
  • 8 - 15 years of maintenance leadership, reliability management and asset care management
  • Automation experience, with a focus on process/packaging equipment
  • Functional excellence and demonstrated subject matter expertise in packaging, processing, project management and LSS/TPM with a strong emphasis in food processing, chemical mixing, and high-speed packaging environments  
  • Proven manufacturing maintenance and reliability expertise
  • Able to coach, teach, develop and retain a strong maintenance, reliability and asset care team
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills with an ability to negotiate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
  • Able to make independent and sound decisions
  • Computer skills include familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS project CAD and SAP
  • The ideal candidate must be a motivated, self-starter with good people and communications skills
  • Must be able to work effectively in all levels of employees from maintenance mechanics to the SVP of Operations / executive team
