The Law Office of Centro de Immigration, P.C. is looking for a full-time, experienced immigration attorney. Must be admitted to New York and have a minimum one year of experience. Some of the duties and responsibilities of the attorney are:

-Attended individual and master hearings, pretrial hearings, and represented clients before the immigration court.

I attended a family court hearing for special immigrant juvenile status cases.

Write a brief, statement, affidavit, motion, appeals, and pre-trial briefs.

Prepare as needed: country condition, evidence packages, and an e-file via ECAS or DHS documents.

Travel as needed to the immigration court in NYC and the other family court on Long Island.

Must have a valid bar admission in NY

Must be able to work very closely with paralegals and legal assistants
