Operations Support Lead Job Description
The Operations Support Lead is responsible for understanding and communicating current processes and procedures to their respective team. This individual is a subject matter expert in Operations Support and will partner with the manager to help ensure the daily workload is being completed accurately and in accordance with all applicable Company and client SLA’s.

What you’ll do as the Operations Support Lead:

  • Provide daily direction to teams ensuring all SLAs are met, while also contributing to those same team production tasks
  • Recognize issues and escalate them to management
  • Act as a backup resource to Manager for client audits assuring punctual and accurate handling of all audit deliverables and procedures
  • Assist with team members’ work, ensuring accurate and timely completion
  • Work closely with Manager to ensure all process document instructions are accurate and up to date on Oasis
  • Coordinate back up duties with team members to ensure that proper coverage is in place and backups have received proper training.  
  • Conduct monthly audits of team members. Identify best practices and communicate them to the teams
  • Meet with team members to review audits and discuss best practices
  • Assist with developing new training and updating existing training as procedures, client and Company requirements change
  • Understand and adhere to Company information security and privacy responsibilities as detailed in the Information Resource Usage Policy, Employee Manual, and client-specific publications

What you’ll bring to the Operations Support Lead role:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Positive contributor to the team; both with attitude and action
  • Ability to take ownership of all tasks and processes
