Job Description

We are seeking Front Desk Clerks full time and part time, to become a part of our team You will accommodate patrons, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Register and assign rooms to guests
  • Confirm phone and online reservations
  • Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
  • Collect payment from guests
  • Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
  • Auditing
  • And some other related duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience is not necessary
  • Honest, hardworking, dependable and teachable
  • Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Be able to work independently
  • Be proficient with Excel and Word
  • Recent college student welcome
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus

Weekend shifts required

Offer is 40 hours per week. Part-time is 24 to 30 per week.

$12.00 - $16 when able to work independently, usually within 1 to 3 weeks.
