Job DescriptionJob Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the catering department
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus and proposals for clients
- Coordinate all aspects of catering events, including staffing, logistics, and equipment rental
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly
- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of catering events to ensure a seamless experience for clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay informed about market developments

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport
- Ability to analyze client needs and negotiate contracts to meet their expectations
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
