Job Title: Inventory Clerk III
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 9 months with possible extension
Location: North Haven, CT, 06473

Job Description:
  • Manage service inventory alignment and facilitate product returns using SAP.
  • Achieve service, inventory management, and operating goals.
  • Manage product returns, material history research, and deliveries.
  • Resolve inventory and service transaction conflicts.
  • Complete SAP system transactions for service operations.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Field Returns teams.
  • Execute inventory management procedures and cycle counts.
  • Track inventory activity against key performance indicators.
  • Manage material movements for capital and spare part requests.
  • Plan inventory movements with the North Haven Field Returns team.
  • Deliver operational results to internal stakeholders.
  • Execute internal material movements within SAP and physically.
  • Support SAP Service and Business functions (e.g., field service, repair).
  • Complete necessary training and tool use for team effectiveness.
  • Identify and address opportunities, issues, and problems.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Broad knowledge of operational systems and practices.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; vocational or technical education may be required.
Nice to Have:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or other analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with surgical robotic systems.
  • Experience in planning and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of SAP modules.
