Extension is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Pewaukee, WI.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for recording and paying all vendor invoices, maintaining accounts payable processes and information, entering purchase orders, verifying vendor statements, investigate issues, maintain vendor records, along with other duties as assigned
Experience Needed:
- 1-2+ years of accounts payable experience
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
Salary Information:
- $25-$30/hour, based on experience
