Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience is a huge plus
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Have quality customer service skills
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record that is acceptable to our policies.
  • Maintaining professional appearance.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional service throughout the customer's experience.
  • Communicate effectively both in-person, over the phone and via email to discover the customer's needs.
  • Serve as an advocate for Pack Auto Group by sharing what makes us the smart choice.
  • Facilitating steps of the sales process, such as interviews, vehicle selection, test drives and financing.
  • Seek out opportunities to follow-up with customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating teamwork.
  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
