Requirements

Requirements of the Client Advisor:
  • Have a strong desire to learn: have an inquisitive mindset that always desires to grow

Daily Activity of the Client Advisor:
  • Generate client-acquisition activities from a variety of sources.
  • Perform daily, effective communication with current clients and prospective clients.
  • Manage individual sales activities in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve established goals and objectives on a monthly basis.
  • Professionally demonstrate products, technology and services.
  • Attend required training and education opportunities on ongoing basis.
  • Always conduct yourself ethically and treat each customer and fellow associates with respect.
  • Portray an enthusiastic presence and have ability to smile constantly while with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork with fellow associates.
Qualifications of the Client Advisor:
  • Automotive sales experience is a plus, but NOT required. We train people from all levels and backgrounds.
  • Superior communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and practices.
  • Performance driven and results-oriented mentality.
  • Enjoy a team environment with continuous improvement and self-education.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Professional personal appearance; we understand your appearance and communication are your personal brand and want it to reflect the professionalism of Principle Toyota
  • Valid US driver's license, and clean driving record.
  • Able to clear a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
