As a Foreman Electrician, you will lead a team of electricians on mission-critical datacenter infrastructure projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is essential in managing the day-to-day operations of electrical projects, from installation to maintenance, in environments where precision and reliability are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee and direct a team of electricians on various projects, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
  • Project Management: Coordinate job sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Conduct and manage live hot work, maintain clear and effective communication with clients, and troubleshoot any issues that arise on the job.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work adheres to relevant regulations and safety protocols, maintaining the highest standards of quality control.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Certified Journeyman Electrician in California: Required certification with experience in control systems.
  • Experience in Mission-Critical Environments: Background in data centers or similar high-demand environments is essential.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 2+ years of experience as a Foreman, with a proven track record of leading teams on complex projects.
  • Client-Focused and Professional: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unexpected challenges and adapt to changing project requirements.
