IntegraONE is looking for a Full Time Project Coordinator in our Allentown Location. As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee various elements of a project or initiative, from start to finish. This includes working closely with key stakeholders, clients, and team members to identify project goals and objectives and developing a comprehensive project plan that outlines key tasks milestones, timelines, and budgets. Assist with coordinating scheduling and working with presales, sales, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

· Schedule internal and external kick-off calls and provide coordination.

· Monitor and update project status reports, as well as tracking project progress and milestones.

· Assist with time entries and billing.

· Monitor project progress and identify potential scheduling conflicts.

· Communicate project schedules, timelines, and status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

· Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and requirements.

· Work closely with project management team and technical professionals to ensure that resources are allocated appropriately and that projects are completed on time and within budget.

· Participate in weekly team meetings to report on project status, identify issues, and discuss solutions.

· Administration tasks as time permits (including documentation).

 

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field (preferred).

· 2+ years of experience in scheduling or project coordination, preferably in a technology or IT environment.

· Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Experience with project management software.

· Knowledge of IT or technology products and services preferred.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve problems.

· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines, with a flexible and creative approach to scheduling and resource management.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
