As we expand, we're looking for a skilled Tier II Service Desk Technician to help us continue delivering excellent technical support and IT services.

Job Summary:
As a Tier II Service Desk Technician, you will be a critical part of our team, responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting end-users, and helping maintain the efficiency and security of our clients' IT systems. Your role will include working closely with other IT teams to deliver solutions that keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to clients, addressing a variety of IT issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems for end-users.
  • Monitor client systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime.
  • Collaborate with System Engineers and other teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Document support activities and keep detailed records within our ticketing system.
  • Assist with developing and implementing IT policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role, ideally within an MSP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
  • Experience with Unix-based systems (a plus).
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist clients and work within a team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications (a plus, but not required).
