About us:

· Cabinet Factory Outlet Plus is a kitchen and bath dealer that has been operating in the Omaha metro for over 50 years. We are an employee owned business with an intimate work environment. As a business, we offer design services to homeowners, contractors, project managers, etc. We specialize in, but are not limited to, kitchen and bathroom remodels. We provide a range of product: cabinets, countertops, tile, sinks, hardware, etc. We are a product dealer; we do not install.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Overseeing the flow of product within our on-site warehouse

· Unloading trucks

· Operating hand trucks and pallet jack

· Minor hardware adjustments, replacements, and repair

· Directing merchandise flow

· Moving product from local manufacturers to our facility by use of the company truck (non-cdl license required)

· Receiving and dispatching orders

· Organizing and facilitating weekly delivery trucks

· Customer pickups (loading product into customer vehicles)

· General warehouse cleanliness – maintaining a neat and safe work environment

· Communicating with designers on order status - location and dates of arrival, etc. (verbal and written)

· Minimal paperwork, emailing, and operating Microsoft Office

· Maintain orderly documentation of paperwork

· May perform other duties that are not fundamental to the overall purpose and strategic impact of the job; any other duties needed to help drive to our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our organization’s values.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and training:

· Education:

o High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)

· Skills and experience:

o We are looking for a problem solver. You must be able to lead yourself and others in warehouse duties. As a business that deals high quantities of special-order product, organization will change based on merchandise on hand. It will be your job to analyze inventory levels and manipulate placement of product to create a safe and organized warehouse environment.

o Be able to safely operate basic power tools. (drill, etc)

o You must have good time management. You will often be on your own in the warehouse, so it is essential to be able to manage your tasks and complete them in a timely manner.

o Strong attention to detail. You must always be scanning for errors. Double and triple checking your work is essential.

o Since we are a small business you will be in close quarters with everyone in the company. Interpersonal and communication skills are important to us.

o Flexibility. Again, we are a small business so responsibilities can change from day to day. This is where those problem-solving skills will come in handy

o Strong organizational, time management, high sense of urgency, and strong listening skills (required)

o Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) (required)

o Competent math skills (basic algebra and arithmetic) (required)

o Basic computer literacy – Microsoft word, excel, outlook (preferred, will train on necessary programs as needed)

o Ability to take direction and multitask (required)

o Self-motivated team player (required)

o Willingness to work Saturdays (as needed)

o Current driver’s license (non-CDL) (required)

o Must be able to operate a forklift (preferred, will train as necessary)

o Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds (required)

o Must have capability to bend, kneel, reach, etc. (required)

o Adherence to company safety standards, policies and procedures as well as OSHA requirements (required)
