In this role, you'll be the backbone of our warranty claims process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while providing top-notch support to our valued customers.

Position Summary: As a Warranty Administrator, you'll be responsible for processing Freightliner warranty claims with precision and care. You'll collaborate closely with our team to ensure all claims meet manufacturer criteria and are processed promptly. Additionally, you'll play a key role in providing support to our customers, explaining warranty provisions, and staying updated on manufacturer recalls and bulletins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
  • Verify manufacturer's criteria for warranty claims
  • Authorize warranty claims as necessary
  • Communicate with manufacturers/suppliers to ensure prompt payment
  • Analyze and review denied claims, resubmitting or canceling as needed
  • Assist with customer pay invoicing
  • Educate new customers on warranty provisions
  • Stay informed about manufacturer recalls and bulletins
  • Collaborate with after-sales and body work departments on warranty claim issues
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions and vehicle repair information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Professional personal appearance
