PrideStaff in Fort Myers, FL looking for qualified Warehouse Operator / Driver 

The Warehouse Operator / Driver is responsible for maintaining inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items, securing warehouse, and supervising field crew. Ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate handling of stock.

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm

Pay Rate: $22/hr.-$24/ hr. DOE 

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Experience: 1+ Years

Warehouse Operator / Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory log of all incoming and outgoing equipment/material.
  • Regularly spot check stock to ensure accurate inventory counts.
  • Store goods appropriately, maintaining a safe environment.
  • Keep accurate records of all purchases by providing a detailed purchase log with receipts daily.
  • Take delivery of goods and supplies, keeping paperwork up to date.

Vehicles
      o Oversee fuel purchases for field crew and equipment.

o Manage and maintain a mileage log for the assigned company vehicle.

     o Manage, maintain, and oversee all company vehicles by keeping accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair.

  • Oversee field crew by ensuring all material/equipment is signed in and out of the warehouse each day.
  • Assist project managers, operations manager, and field crew by picking up and delivering material to and from the job site or warehouse as needed.

      o Ensure delivery of materials to and from the job site is done in a timely                manner.

  • Handle any hazardous materials in an appropriate manner.
  • Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Handle equipment deliveries and keep equipment log up to date.

     o Important for keeping equipment on rental cycles only when in use.

Key Working Relationships
The Warehouse Operator will work directly with Project Managers, Operations Manager, and
President to oversee the proper handling of all equipment and material related to the company.
The Warehouse Operator is the liaison between the Field Crew and Project Management. The
highest level of safety, professionalism, and accuracy is required.
