As a Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for managing a book of existing accounts as well as developing new business via marketing and self-generated leads. We have a new sales-oriented CEO and an entrepreneurial get-it-done culture that reinforces teamwork, collaboration plus personal and company development. With gorgeous, high-quality products and a track record of delighting customers, Beacon Design by ChemArt is poised to grow and seeks talented individuals seeking to make that happen. New CEO willing to help with top-to-top meetings and executive alignment, as well as with large account development. Your role will require an organized consultive style person who learns the business and market with a plan to exceed annual new business, retention, and growth goals. In addition to being a motivated self-starter and good communicator, attention to detail is key when managing a project from start to finish. Have fun and be part of creating amazing ornaments that help your clients achieve their goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Meet or Exceed New and Existing Business Goals Set by VP of Sales and Marketing
• Maintain a Base of Accounts with a High Level of Retention
• Provide Excellent Service to Leads, Clients and Colleagues
• Create a Plan for Organic Growth Within Your Accounts
• Qualify and Close New Business Leads Generated by Marketing, Senior Management, Your Own Prospecting Efforts, Referrals and Lost Accounts
• Build a Robust Pipeline through Solid Planning and Consistent Effort
• Develop Strong Client Relationships Through a Consultative Sales Approach
• Maintain Usage and Integrity of all ChemArt systems with a focus on our CRM - Salesforce and our ERP system Epicor.
• Manage New Projects from Design through Fulfillment, Collaborating with Other Managers and Employees for Execution
• Monthly reporting on Your Individual Business Unit
• Set Up, Participate in and Follow Up on all Tradeshows – 5% to 25% Travel
• Maintain Excellent Records and Product/Market Knowledge
• Maintain Positive Attitude & Lead by Example Following Core Company Values
• Collaborate with Marketing to Develop Effective Promotional and Sales Tools Base Salary (non-exempt) Plus Commission Paid Monthly with No Cap
