We provide title searching and evidencing products to attorneys, lenders, brokers, escrow services, and private individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Import document image data from the county recorder's office and prepare for data entry and indexing
  • Entering data contained in imported images based on an established set of rules
  • Verify the accuracy of indexed information entered by other department staff
  • Prepare specified reports for use by other departments
  • Editing base level data for county subdivisions and plats into internal software

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or higher education
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Ability to interpret information for data entry based on specified rules
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to use industry specific software
  • Detail Oriented
