Experience: Preferred but not required. We value a friendly demeanor, teamwork, willingness to learn and dedication to exceptional service.
Schedules: All shifts include 2 days off a week. Weekends and holidays are essential. We're flexible to accommodate operational needs.
Shifts Needed:
- 5am - 1pm (Full Time)
- 1pm - 9pm (Full Time)
Pay: $9/hour plus tips. Our tip pool system encourages teamwork and boosts earnings. Tips on average $400 - $700 per person per week depending on volume of customers in any given week.
Onboarding Process: Two-day paid training. Transition to full-time promptly if it's the right fit for you and us.
Job Description:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll uphold our commitment to excellence by providing exceptional service, uphold our core values and maintaining product quality. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Understanding our products and making recommendations
- Ensuring consistent product quality
- Handling customer feedback with empathy
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Qualifications:
- Must speak Spanish and English
- Eligibility to work in the US
- Willingness to learn & be better than yesterday
- No prior customer service experience necessary
- Excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
