We are a mid-size plaintiff construction defect law firm protecting homeowners and building owners from faulty construction. We are looking for two (2) Part Time Law Clerks that will assist our Honolulu legal team (partner, attorneys, and paralegals) in all aspects of case management.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

·         Ability to perform legal research and communicate findings

·         Organization and analysis of documents

·         Assist in discovery requests and responses

·         Assist in the courtroom with trials and hearings

·         Ability to interface with clients and expert on case details, if needed.

·         Work well with other members of the legal team

·         2-L Law Student

We are looking for motivated and sharp individuals with strong analytical skills and sound judgment. The ideal candidate will work well in a collaborative team and on individual case assignments, be organized, and be able to prioritize tasks within their assigned cases. Law Clerks will collaborate closely with attorneys to recover settlements for clients from the largest developers and contractors in Hawaii.
